trelham is a fishing town with a population of about 200 people and located on the western coast of Eyropa. The people are poorly educated and the town itself is anything but affluent, consisting of muddy roads and several dozen wooden houses.

Its main products are fish and crime. Illicit substances often find their way through Trelham en-route to sale in the richer cities of Eyropa. The town is known to be under the control of a criminal organization known as the Tarsis, which handles smuggling operations across the western shores.
