Chat Issues

I've found the problem with chat. Took a lot of tinkering and head scratching to isolate it.

I believe the date/time on the server is incorrect, which makes the chat think that there are no messages to display.

Luckily chat is awesome and has the option to display old messages, so i've turned that on for the time being.
