The board is set at a present year that will be updated every so often depending on boardwide plots and general thread dates. The timeline will be updated to show the present year at the bottom.
In order to more easily facilitate setting up flashbacks, we have implemented a thread date system. Plot threads should include the year and the season. If you desire to use months or specific days, they should be kept to regular earth months and years.
Threads that occur before present established threads or known character information are considered flashback threads. Players are able to create threads at any point in time, so long as they do not have characters in two different places at the same time. We ask that if players are interested in writing significant events within world history they pm a mod to discuss the details.
You can have as many threads as you like with a single character so long as they do not occur at the same time.
Those who disobey these rules will be severely emasculated.
