I am a little confused about the logistics of this. Czela prepares the food at the massage parlor but it's served in the sewers place? Is that the case? And the food is carried from the Massage parlor...
when I look at the map of Marn it does not seem there are any buildings just around the corner from the water tower which is where the sewers are. The buildings are up the road leading from the water tower and on the main drag. That is a least a long block or more or? according to the map the water tower in a more desolate place near the river where there aren't many buildings at all.
So is the food being brought all the way from the massage parlor?

This is true.

Okay wait, I thought they were getting a massage and hanging out while dinner was prepared where Dia was. Then they were joining her there. I don't really care but Dia's not the only one confused is all. :|

Ok. So I misread something somewhere. There's a pretty simple solution, if everyone has the same idea except me.

Write it the other way. So she shows up to basically fetch us and bring us down to the sewers for dinner. (Cause that's the first place I'd go to eat dinner...)

:P

EDIT:
Ben wrote:"My dear, we will discuss this later, under more clandestine circumstances. It would not do to compromise the integrity of our team in the presence of wolves. Now, do not open the gate until we are gone, and once inside, return this key to Puck and to Puck only. He is usually in the Parlor Room, if not, he will be there shortly after you. When you find him, tell him we have a pair of guests to entertain, guests to whom we are somewhat indebted, but whose friendship is not yet concrete."

Benjamin leaned back and gradually brought his voice up to a normal level now, turning around as he spoke. "He will make preparations for an evening meal while you come and find us at the building around the corner. You know the one, with the swinging orange-stained lamp on a hooked post by the gate?"
This is the quote in which he described where the food was gonna be, etc.

Maeve, I think.

Although I suppose I could go ahead and post if she doesn't post by the end of the weekend. Since I'm going to be away until late Sunday, and will be spending the time with family and friends, instead of the internet. :P

I'll post Sunday or Monday.
Catch you then!

I was thinking it might be best to split this thread up. It's not really going anywhere interesting, and Dianelopa and I have a steadier posting rhythm. For my part, I depend on a somewhat regular posting rhythm in order to stay in the flow of a thread, and I've fallen out of the flow here more times than I can count.

No offense to Chezak and Maeve, you guys are great writers, but the characters just don't seem to work together, and our posting habits/personal lives/something or other just aren't letting us work in a compatible way.

What do you guys say for how to best pull out here?

I also find I get out of the story if it takes so long to post. We did also once say that Maeve could kind of jump in and out as she wanted without a regular post.
Maybe Dianelopas behavior could make people freak out, leave, or chase her away for being so impolite. Benjamin could follow her out, if she's being chased away, the others go their way or just stay.
Maybe Joe and I could write regularly and Maeve could jump in when she sees an opportunity that doesn't contradict what's otherwise going on. I am not sure what Joe was seeing as the task he wanted to send Dianelopa out to do, but I thought there was going to be one. Why don't we follow up on that?

I don't like that idea. I think that, unless Maeve really has her heart set on getting a weapon from Anja, we should just go our separate ways. Maeve is such a central character, and if she's not going to be around much, the thread is going to suffer.

what idea don't you like? I'm fine with going our separate ways, but I would like to keep on with Benjamin and Anja, of course, only if you want to, but we did have a good rhythm for a while.

Oh thank god. I've been wanting to "go our separate ways" awhile now, but didn't want to say anything because my character was the one tying it together, and you guys seemed so dead-set on continuing it. You know, it happens sometimes... Characters just don't mesh well together, or players don't, even. I've always had a slow posting time and I thought you guys were okay with that. It's alright though, we can just...stop posting together, I presume. Or else we can do one last post each to leave.

Do you want to continue with Maeve, Chezak? I think it could be fun if we continued, but I'm okay with it if you don't want to.

I am fine with either making a last post to separate us, or to simply (for Joe and me) go back to magpies where we left off. I am slightly preferring a last post to separate us, but as I said if everyone else would rather just delete rendevous it's OK with me too. So I suggest Maeve, Chezak and Anja both check in with their preference and then the majority wins and we go on from there.

I'm easy, really, but I'm seriously doubting we can find a way to separate them and still stay true to their characters.
