by Iato Lock
Name: Iato Locke

Age: 19

Race: Human

Height: 5ft 10 inches

Weight: 10 stone

Physical Description: Iato has short blonde hair that is always untidy; his eyes are a deep green colour that contrast with his pale skin tone, Iato is of an average build and is capable of holding his own if he needs to his most noticeable feature from that of his hair is a vertical scar that starts just above his blonde eyebrows and ends nearly in line with his nostril.

His clothing consists of a plain black vest and black pants also his shoes although slightly worn are also black in colour, his figure is normally found clad in a tattered cloak with a hood its colour is barely distinguishable as black due to the dust and dirt that has collected upon it

Possessions: Iato’s possessions are of a minimum, a small necklace hangs about his chest and a simple bangle lays upon his left wrist both of which have been faded and dulled with the passing of time.

Powers or Strengths: Iato has no real strengths apart from that of will and determination to see an endeavor through to the end apart from this his only other mentionable feat is that of his physical resistance, he is able to take a fair amount of punishment despite his size and build and often finds himself still standing when most would be laid out.

Weaknesses: Iato suffers from naivety and is often tricked by the lures of the opposite sex, he is susceptible to being drawn in and used by women because of his age, also due to a lack of real human interaction in his childhood he can be seen as unsociable.

History: Born the bastard child of a maid in the city of Marn, Iato was never really wanted. His mother lacked the compassion and the capacity to take care of a child, hence he was mostly a secluded individual who took an unusual interest in the fabrications of his own imagination than that of being with people of his age.

Once his mother saw him old enough to be able to work he was cast out and told not to return until he was able to pay his way with her, for days he wandered the streets cold and hungry this lead him to a tavern and its owner where he worked cleaning and helping most would say he was just like his mother.

For several years Iato lived in the taverns kitchen area waking each morning and retiring there when the shift was over, shortly after his 18th birthday he left the sanctity of the small secluded establishment to discover more about the city and its growing population and culture.

It's short, but there's nothing wrong with a tabula rasa so it's approved.
