Summary: Kitan has just been led into the woods by one of his delusions, a cunning and seemingly benevolent figure shrouded in white. It has led him to none other than Hakujoumi, perhaps the only other Kitsune in Marn. It is up to her to decide his fate.

Other Notes: Since Hakujoumi is clearly leagues above Kitan in power, I think it basically goes without saying that you can feel free to do whatever you want to him. Including death, if Hakujoumi would actually murder the poor kid for whatever reason comes up. Let's see what happens!

Uh Kit already told Hakujoumi his name. She shouldn't need to ask unless she wasn't paying attention. Should I post under that assumtion, or the assumtion she was faking not paying attention, or do you want to change that?

I think it is safe to say that Kit will fail at shifting. Even if he gained sudden insight by watching her, true kitsune cannot shift until age 50. While it Kit's case that could be a very diffirent number (how about that for some ambiguity about his true nature) I still think he'll fail.

That said, I think I might let him figure out how to make sounds while he attempts to make a "real illusion."

Love that idea, I didn't expect him to figure out how to shift, but haku is a bit unrealistic about things in general.

I decided to have Kit hug Hakujoumi. If you think she would have stopped him or otherwise done something to keep Kit from doing what he did last post, just lemme know!

So, are we starting a new thread for this, or continuing this one? I'm good with either. Either way, I think it would be best if Tov posted and tracked us down for the next post. Kit and Hakujoumi have sort of finalized their current conversation.

I think leaving it as the current thread makes the most sense.
