I've made a brief list of all the NPC's named within Yunshan Village thus far, for ease of memory

Liu - Guo's son
Heng - Guo's brother (not named in the RP, but was the man who tried to escape the village and died)

Shun - Carpenter - Has courage, but an obsequious personality. Lacks leadership qualities.
Chao - mason - wants full relief from the government. Respected for being forthright, though time under Wenli shook his confidence.
Zhong - blacksmith - doesn't want to be headman
Aiju - village elder/herbalist/midwife - more prunefaced than Cai
Dachun - village elder/rice farmer - knowledgeable on tax and all things rice
Yongzhi - hunter/birdcatcher - introverted woman who provides the village most of its meat

Mei Li - seamstress - Has a crush on Piao Bai
Li Lan - Guo's daughter - Not named in the RP yet, but was 'the servant' Cai met in the household. Presently an emotional wreck. Her uncle (Guo's brother Heng) also died trying to escape the village to bring word to the magistrates, leaving her without family.

+ many as-yet-unnamed farmers and whatnot.
