Appearance:
Phoenix travels in a hooded black robe made of a fine silken material; threaded with gold trimmings which shimmer and reflect in the light. Her skin is clear and fair with high cheekbones and fiery blue eyes. Beautifully haunting and seductive, like something out of a gothic fantasy, she encompasses all that is the succubus.
At times an exquisite red and black laced gown can be found for those who dare get close enough to see beneath her robes. At others, Phoenix fashions tight leather and lace- fitted pants, high boots and a corseted top, with a large studded belt. But always her long ebony hair is kept loose, sweeping down her back in large curls. Her most distinguished feature is however; unseen to most, a mythical bird-a demon of fire and blood, the phoenix is tattooed on the small of her back.

Possessions:
Phoenix owns a tall dark manor just on the outskirts of the city with wild, tangled grounds and a large cemetery. It is assumed that servants are employed, but rarely are any people seen entering or especially leaving the house.
A thin and light-weighted long sword named Vengance is never far from Pheonix’s side, this diamond cut blade is often sheathed in black and strung from her belt along with its brother, Fury upon the other hip.

Abilities/Strength:
A true mistress of fire, Phoenix was given her nickname because of her abilities to wield and command the element of fire and even summon it at will. This means that she can summon bursts or balls of flame equal in size to the amount of power she uses. Sometimes she has the ability to summon and control the fire demon bird, the mythical phoenix. However; this is not her only weapon against her enemies, Phoenix is extremely adept at swordplay, duel wielding her two most prized possessions the brother swords vengeance and fury. Her white-hot anger and fiery temper only emphasize that she is a force to be reckoned with.

Weaknesses:
The use of any magic carries a heavy physical toll upon Phoenix, who, while being quite powerful and somewhat resilient to the physical effects can still suffer great amounts of fatigue as the price of her magic increases with the power in which she uses and the strength of the spell. Some spells, such as those that require summoning often eat away at outside life forces, for example those of people, animals or plants and result in that objects death these spells are always the most costly to cast. The real danger with using her magic is that when casting spells the endorphins released in her blood from the magic make her feel immune to the effects of exhaustion and pain, and can therefore affect her judgement and cause her to arrogantly exert more power than is safe.

History:
Her constant anger and resentment for all things that dwell on the earth stems from her bitter past which has twisted her mind into a kind of furious madness extorting her perception of reality. In this reality she sees herself as the ‘Purger’ a holy and good being sent to earth and cursed with the evils of magic in order to battle with all other users for the greater good of the world and despises magic of all kinds, even her own.

Her father practised illegal magic all of his life, targeting primarily elves as his victims of torture and sacrifices, her mother was a gentlewoman who healed the poor and their relationship was a strange one, but one nonetheless filled with love and tenderness. When her father was persecuted for his dark arts, her mother too was taken away suspected of also practising unauthorized magic, despite her innocence, Tha’Sharia Delinger, the young girl who was to become Pheonix, saw neither of her parents again and was left to the guardianship of her zealously law-abiding uncle.

Even at the early stages of adolescence Tha’Sharia showed signs of who she was to become, displaying anti-social and cruel, often violent tendencies. She celebrated in obtaining and abusing power, creating mischief and strife and the general chaos that could be caused. Tha’Sharia learnt about the glories of power and control, especially over men and continued to practise the magic that her father had encouraged in her against her uncle’s rules and knowledge. She hated the man who was appointed her guardian, he was cruel violent and violating.

Within 3 days after her coming of age her Uncle had an accident with the fireplace and died from the injuries- burns to his face, arms and torso, and Tha’Sharia, now already known as the Phoenix was set to inherit everything- her families money, the house and all of its secret passageways and artefacts hidden within.

Since, Phoenix has often kept to herself, appearing in town only every so often, and despite the suspicions of her character, there’s never been any hard evidence to convict her of wrong doings. It is rumoured that she, in all her wealth and beauty, takes advantage of a corrupt government and is there for overlooked by the law, but wether this is true or not is unconfirmed.

In actual fact Phoenix’s deep rooted resentment of any form of magic, stemming from the bitterness that it has caused her past, has made her somewhat of an asset for those intent on restricting magic. She’s already ‘removed’ or handed over a dozen or so breaching cases to the authorities.

First of all, I want to ask you where on Pal Tahrenor does Phoenix live? You said:

It doesn't mention where this city is. I will assume that because you mention that magic is illegal and that her parents were arrested, that you are talking about Marn because magic is only illegal with Thar Shaddin and not throughout the world.

As far as strengths and weaknesses go, I would like to see them explained more.

This is really vague and doesn't really say much about how powerful she really is. You mentioned that

Phoenix is extremely adept at swordplay

yet it doesn't say anywhere that she has been trained in either swords or how to use her magic and without training or many years of practice, I can't see her being extremely adept at anything.

I also want to mention that if she is living somewhere between Marn and Shim and as the app implies

rarely are any people seen entering or especially leaving the house.

If people are randomly disappearing, she may have to answer to a certain neighbor.
