The damage would mostly be mental trauma. As Fay said, some cuts and scrapes, but nothing life threatening or immediately obvious. Counseling? Oh yeah.

Fay killed the kids >.>; if they weren't kids, huzzah we're safe! If they WERE kids... yay more trauma and angst? To be fair, Fay thinks she's in the right in this. She's protecting her 'family' from something she sees as a threat. On that note, didn't realize how unstable this character was... lack of sleep/massive amounts of pain/recovering from poisoning to be blamed perhaps?

Right now, Jerial's in the back of my mind yelling 'FINALLY'.

Hey now, just because Fay's indecisive about killing things that look like kids, doesn't mean he needs to lose faith in her She just has to mentally justify anything, even if the rest of the group hates her for it XD
