I think, to keep the flow going between Dianelopa and Morry, we should skip me this round. Thad's just looting anyway.

Morry, where are you?

So, our big gay ogre friend opens up a new possibility for us. Anja told Dianelopa and Thad that the place had been unoccupied. Obviously, this wasn't true. She merely hadn't been able to detect the presence of our fabulous friend because he's been happy until now, and therefore weightless. As well, all the bodies he's brought back have been dosed with his "Shortening Cake", so that they only grew out to full size for a bit of time after they had been chucked in the hole, thus making no noise or vibration upon landing.

Of course, our friends are going to assume that Anja has double-crossed them. This obviously takes things in a new direction.

HOWEVER, I would really like to get the original purpose of the Venreace job accomplished, namely getting Anja that seal so that she can subpoena Zou's corpse from the morgue and make a weapon out of his horns. So, if we could get there eventually, despite our current hotbed of suspicion and adversity, that would be awesome.

Sorry. ;-; I tried to think of a way for Morry to get them out of there and grab that seal, but the fall has disoriented him from an already very disoriented state from the frog battle. Where is the seal located and how can they get out? This pile of fail is not helping anything -_-;

Thad already has the seal, so that's no sweat. Nice post hehe

I am a little confused now. The fist came thru the wall and almost hit Thad. Is that the point Morry bit it? Ogre withdrew his fist and then the eye appeared in the hole? The ogre makes no mention of being bit, just talks about the missing earings. Is that because he didn't notice the bite? Before I write, I'd prefer to get a clearer notion of the time frame of these activities. Lopa had just fallen and banged against the wall which is what made the ogre stick his fist in. I don't think she'd gotten up again since and thus could only see the fist from below.

I think this is the second time the fist is coming through the wall.

Bleh, I apologize. That post was very, very rushed :[ Anyway, yes, I intended for it to be the second time the fist had come through the wall. Unfortunately I didn't have time to write a reaction for the ogre.

this is all hysterically funny. I'm having a good time reading it. I wonder if anyone else reads it? I f.ex. don't really feel like I have time to read the others, but if someone said such and such a one is really amusing, I'd probably read it.

now that we are all fleeing with the ogre following us, I have the following question. How fast can each of us, including the ogre run? Are we all faster than the ogre? some of us faster, some of us slower? all of us slower? Seems like that question would determine what happens next. Since Dianelopa had been out in the wilderness a lot, hunting, I would suggest that she had training and could thus run a bit faster than the average city human. Her skirt which normally would hinder faster running was mostly ripped away, so it wasn't hindering her now.
Thad being a robber was probably more sneaky than fast but presumably not slower than average.

I'm guessing we'd all be faster than the ogre. Even Morry. :P He's built for comfort, not for speed.

I think we have to do some thinking about what part Morry has to play in coming events. As I said before, this whole caper is a bit of a sideline to the ultimate goal of getting Zou's body out of the morgue. I'm thinking that Morry will be pretty sorely chafed by Thad at this point, and perhaps slink off. But what would be epic is if he makes an epic return later, and finds a way to meddle and fuck things up once Zou's horns are actually fashioned into weapons. How about he somehow comes into possession of these weapons, which make him pretty badass, so that getting them back from him proves more than difficult. What do you guys think?

Sounds good to me. I've been trying to think of a place for Morry for some time but that's definitely a good idea.

sounds good to me. But now where are we? Lopa is sleeping in a stall and Thad is still in this court while Morry slinks away. How do we get them all together again?
Shall I have Lopa wake up, note that it's evening and think since she's slept all day, it's OK to go back to the sewers? Should thad already be there? or not yet?
