Also, Lyl, I have no problem with you writing as if we already left.
Cool, thanks. I have one more post to make that will come before the warriors leave, which is partially written, in which Uluki receives some stuff from the Snyde sweeps that Numidar knew she wanted, Dash talks to Uluki, and Uluki and Rollick don't sleep very well-- which will catch them up to the other characters. :) We can see where that timing puts us, but I may end up skipping ahead a little...

...Given it will take substantial time for Julen to bid farewell to all the members of his harem. :P *runs*

Frug...

One, you are clearly enjoying Bela.

Two, I assume (cont...) at the end means you plan to double-post and I don't need to respond?

Yes, I have been having Ideas.
I think he already did, Quinn.

Posted! My intention wasn't to draw Karsimir into conversation with Julen (although if Karsimir has stuff to say, that's cool). I just wanted Julen's comment to be said. Feel free to have Karsimir respond and move on with moving out the troops.

I know I'm posting pretty rapidly here, but I'm trying to get a couple of things moving as quickly as possible to open them up a little.

That was my last setup post, and I'm going to try not to linger too long over the action so we can get to the fun stuff-- i.e. reactions. Rollick is obviously about to be attacked, so that'll be a few posts from me, but once he's back at the compound after his ordeal, the family will be ready to interact with the NPCs of your choosing, Jules. I would assume Kaydee will probably have some sort of reaction, but otherwise I leave it entirely in your capable hands. :)

Drawing your attention to the Lightsword Archers. We now have a Witch Hunter with us. Working on a Spanish Jinette as well and a longbowman (both working for the WH).

EDIT: Never planned on that tangent, I hope I've not done too much without giving you chance to respond.

Jules, what is Kaydee doing at this point?

I'm trying to work stuff out for Dash, so I was just curious if Kaydee was aware of what was going on, and if so, if she's going to do anything particular. Does she need to talk to Dash before Uluki and Rollick get back, and if so, should it happen on or off screen? Or will she just kind of do her thing elsewhere?

Dash is also going to have a nice friendly chat with Delphina at some point, but when that point will be also depends a little on Kaydee. ;)

You don't need to post for Kaydee yet unless you want to, I'm just wondering what she's doing because it'll affect Dash, and possibly whether I bring Uluki and Rollick back now or wait.

No worries. I liked the tangent, and won't have any trouble responding.

Lyl -- I imagine Kaydee would seek out Dash as soon as she learned what was happening. So if a conversation between them would work for you at this point, I can do a post for her in whichever thread you want it.

Poor clan Uluki.

Cool. I had some stuff pre-written for Dash, so I went ahead and started a new thread called Casualties in the Industrial District. Uluki and Rollick will probably join the thread too when they get back to the base.

Dash is available for Kaydee to talk to-- and in fact Kaydee showing up will make her feel a lot better. :)

Meet Oglar. Apparently Snyde has some backing.

Also, while Karsimir is rejecting many suggestions, I am not heavily in favour of the fighting happening a specific way OOC. For example, cutting Skippy off from supplies may simply not work - forcing us to go in after him. I am ok with that, this is simply Karsimir being a careful commander.

Heya! In the midst of other stuff going on, I forgot to mention that my dad is coming to visit this weekend (he arrives tonight). How much this affects my posting speed depends on how much time we spend together, but I apologize in advance for any delays.

And I'm good with however the fighting happens.

EDIT: Sorry for the short post. I figured the next thing coming would be the discovery of what Bela did to the mercenaries in the village, and I remember you said you had an idea for that scene. So I didn't want to step on your toes.
