Thanks for the feedback. I recall reading one of the threads in which it stated that Renmeke has been careless with his talk, but I think you're right, it was probably not specifically in respect of the group.

From what I've read it seems that Trick may be the most likely character to unintentionally let slip some information due to her poor impulse control. Trick has said in a PM to me that she wouldn't have much to do with a guard in training. However, if Alferic was off-duty and getting beaten to death in an alley somewhere she might step in to save him because she has a weakness for that sort of thing. Trick is also dangerously reckless and lives for excitement...!

To thank her for coming to his aid Alferic buys her a few drinks as well as some purple flowers (!), which she particularly likes from reading the thread, then when discussing recent events she lets slip she delivered similar flowers on the night of the gala. Alferic happens to mention this to his superiors which eventually leads to the authorities wanting to bring her in for questioning. But will they manage to find her? Maybe Alferic even tips her off that they are coming for her?

If Trick thinks this is something we could develop then I'm open to the idea that Renmeke could attempt to get rid of Alferic. But instead of killing him, perhaps he badly wounds him...?

I suggest you PM her again to get her input on that last bit.

I don't think she logs in unless she gets a subscription notice or PM notification e-mail.

I did send Trick a PM a while ago but I'll send another.

It would be great to see if this plot idea has wings... :)

I've just noticed that the PM's are only showing in my outbox and not my sent box.

However, I can't see how you make sure the PM's are actually sent...help...

Thanks.

Fear not, it has actually been sent.

However, it stays in the 'outbox' until it has been read by the recipient, at which point the site automatically filters it to your sent folder.

Counter-intuitive, I know, but what that tells us is that Tov hasn't read the PM. Might be worth working on a plan B (as well as C through F) for RP possibilities in case Tov ends up on another extended hiatus from the site.

Ah, I see, thanks for clarifying things.

I guess you may be right, time to consider other plots. Shame...but that's like 8)
