You do? I never thought that when you talked about a subject, you had to give an exhaustive encyclopedic description of all subcategories . . .

Ahaha, I'm so funny. Anyway though, some of the stuff eaten in China is indeed disgusting. Just like a lot of the stuff we eat here is disgusting. I know there have got to be a good handful of mayonnaise haters here, since it seems about one in five people revile the stuff. Still though, what I'm saying isn't that all authentic Chinese food is good, just that it's too bad that the American perception of yummy Chinese food is something so largely unrelated to actual Chinese cuisine.

So here's my view: American cuisine is largely delicious, and Chinese cuisine is largely delicious. Cheap knockoffs (and I don't mean inexpensive, but rather, tawdry) are usually not so delicious.

Things that might seem icky in Chinese cuisine that are worth a try? Bitter melon and donkey meat are some, the former being a lot easier to get in the states than the latter. I haven't had the opportunity arise to eat dog, but I'll take it when I get it. And stay away from turtles' feet: NOT DELICIOUS

Ick...I can honestly say after having pet dogs that I love...I can never begin to imagine picking up a piece of meat, knowing it was a dog and eat it. I think I'd be sickened just to watch it.

As for the rest...I deffinetly dislike almsot all chinese food. I'll eat some of it but not fond of any of it.
I also don't like mexican food....however I love Texmex...all the good fake mexican food, yay thats whats right.

I'm not an ittallian fan but I do love regular (NOTHING fancy...) spaghetti
