For my own peace of mind I'm going to start counting up who exactly is aboard the ship so we don't kill too many of them off. :P

The crew consists of Captain, First Mate, Chief Carpenter, Bosun, Helmsman, two cooks, and nine sailors. And I'm adding two tarboys, because every ship needs someone to step on!

Captain: Jorge Ledilomps
First Mate: Herris Fallson
Chief Carpenter: Etzio Remal Grenzia Rio Colle
Bosun: Alberto
Helmsman: Felippe
Two cooks:
Eight sailors (one dead):
Two tarboys:

The carrack is fairly large, so we'll say 17 (one dead, one possible dead) passengers, including our five humanoids.

Well, I posted my entry.

I was hoping, though, for some more details on what we are up against?

In my post, Ceallach hacks down the main mast. We could either play this as whatever the beast is is injured or just simply surprised. I didn't know what exactly to write so I left it a bit open.
"Today, you will die. But not quickly. No, today... You die by inches." -Ceallach to an opponent in the arena.
