I will say it again, with each story I find wonderful styles, characters, and writers.

Jen, this kudo is for you. You are a fabulous writer. I read Gelednewing's profile today on a whim, hoping to get some inspiration for an avatar. I had this in my photobucket. I wonder if this would do?

Back to the kudos. Had I read the stories/interactions directly where she met her friends and lost them, I'm sure I would have enjoyed them... But, perspective. My, oh my, it's all about perspective.

The re-telling of the stories from Geldenwing's point of view made them even more poignant and believable. Wow. Nicely done.

Thank you!!! Both for the fabulous picture and the kudos. I actually credit that app to the admin of another board I used to play on, who demanded I write out a nice long story as the history for my character. She loved it so I felt like I'd done my job right, hehe.

I enjoyed reading Metarie's "recouping" post. I can't wait to get back "home" :)

yowza. well that was kinda hawt in a misleading kind of way!

Nic in Fit:

"One hand moved slowly down his chest, following the curves of the armor tightly. It ventured slowly, purposefully past his waist, knowing exactly where it was to go without him having to guide by sight. The end of the trip came as his fingertips nudge against the hard object. He gripped it between his fingers and slowly removed the small medical knife he had taken from the hospital years ago from his jacket's pocket. The lustful images still remaining unbanished from his mind."

The fan grrrll in me swooned.

Way to lead us on. Sweetness!

Yeah, that was kind of a tease! :P

Am I the only one who finds Nic disturbingly sexy? Yes? I see. *Hurriedly shuffles offstage*

Seriously, I am really enjoying the whole Nic/Jenica interaction. Fake Julen feels your pain, Nic! Darn vampires...

On the other hand, we were considering Krev going insane... and this would do it.

I have to praise Fit, too, because Nic and Jen get along so grandly. They play off each other really well. It makes me glad I left, because Ryxa would kill the mood. Ha! I also like what Jen did with the prisoner and servants... Ryxa, if and when she wakes up, will not be a happy woman.

And I have to agree that the innuendo and sexual tension add a really...interesting element to the thread.

I want to give a kudos to Aura's martial arts in action - it was very easy to visulise from her writing and was concise enough to feel the pace of the scene while reading it.

Good work.

I second that!
Wisdom begins in wonder, whereas ignorance begins in a will to change things. Our will is a function regulated by reflection; hence it is dependent on the quality of that reflection. And mortal reflections will never match infinite wonder.

Great profile, Phil. Also, very nice to have some Marnian history to boot.
