Re: One Creator
"Well. I have a business, you see. And my business is making dreams come true. I can take your wildest desires and make them a reality. I can make you money. I can find you a man. I can find you a woman, if you're in to that kind of thing. I can illicit anything you want me to. All you have to do is ...

Re: One Creator
Alter sighed. This could go badly. Or, it could go according to plan. He wasn’t really worried about his plan failing, because the consequences were simply not that bad. He might have to sleep outside, in the streets, but he had done that before, and he was pretty sure he’d do it again before he ...

Re: One Creator
“Sounds fine to me. Let’s duck into this Inn for something.” He said and gently pulled Cai towards the Inn on the right. He pushed the door open and ushered her through. He was immediately bombarded by the smell of alcohol, sweat, and food. He walked over to the Innkeeper and asked how much food was ...

Re: One Creator
“A music-maker? Not exactly. It’s a matter of paying attention. And, that is something I’m good at. In my line of work, you have to be. Or else you’ll be hanging from the gallows.” He smiled softly. His feet took him around a curve in the forest. His green eyes caught sight of a glint of light. The ...

Re: One Creator
What a peculiar creature, was the thought that ran through Alter's mind as he watched the elf scurry away. It was, honestly, pathetic. Alter wasn't big on pride or anything, but the lack of it that elf showed was just plain disgraceful. He shrugged and walked over to Cai.

Um. I dunno. I think it'd be easiest for it to go Cai-Me-You. The posting order is all off now. Whatever you gals want, I'm fine with, though.

Re: What's your character's theme tune?
Woke up quick at about noon
Just thought that I had to be in Compton soon
I gotta get drunk before the day begins
Before my mother starts bitchin' about my friends
About to go and damn near went blind
Young niggaz on the pad throwin' up gang signs
I went in the house to get the clip
With my Mac10 ...

Re: One Creator
Alter stopped in midstep as Valthonis moved back. If that was the way he wanted to play, fine. Let himself constantly lose ground. Alter would stay where he was and hold his ground. If Valthonis wanted to run away, fine. If he wanted to come and attack again, that was fine too. Alter was ready.

The Guards have dealt with all sorts of magical creatures before. And Silas is a veteran. Besides. No wolf is five feet at the shoulder. Silas would know.

Pitjanta [rejected]
This world development topic is no longer applicable. Australia has since been renamed.
Pitjanta lies far to the south and east of the world. The landscape is dominated by a single word. Empty. For miles, the expanse rolls on, with only the occasional bush or shrub to break the similarity. Loose ...

For the record, Val. Alter moved right. A rapier is a linear weapon, any kind of sideward movement would thwart anything you did.

Re: One Creator
thAlter reacted in a split second. As soon as he felt his blade meet with steel instead of flesh, he took a quick step to the right and a step closer to Valthonis. At this distance, his rapier would be almost useless. That was the problem with thrusting weapons. Such a limited range of use.

Re: One Creator
Alter looked around for a moment. They were probably about halfway between the two cities now, in the midst of the trees of the Forest. The perfect place for his move. He could push the fight into the trees, where Valthonis's sword would be limited by the lack of movement. A human opponent would ...

Re: One Creator
Alter listened as Caiomhe spoke. He got the general meaning of what she was saying, even if the exact details were lost in translation. But, rather than try to offer condolences, he decided it would be best to ignore the obviousness of the story. She didn't want his pity, he was sure.
